One sheet. Not a group text and a spreadsheet. 2. offer ## Offer the next person who can Who is free, close enough, certified, and still cleared for that seat. You send the offer. assignary does not guess. 3. tap ## They tap yes or no On their phone: the match or the panel, the start time, the pay. If they pass, the next person gets it — and anyone who pre-committed already has it. 4. settle ## Pay the people who worked Mark who worked, who did not show, who was excused. The fees you wrote follow the crew that worked it. You settle the weekend instead of rebuilding it. who it is for ## The person who staffs the weekend. Assigners first. A chapter that does both keeps one slate rather than two systems that do not know about each other. ### Officiating A referee crew on a match — a lead and their assistants, each seat with its own fee and its own certification. ### Adjudication A judging panel on a division — five judges on Senior Level 5, cleared for the rung the division asks for. before the offer ## A standing answer An official can say yes before anyone asks. When an offer arrives that matches, the seat is theirs the moment it is sent — not after it has sat out its clock and moved on to the next person. - Only the levels they work - Inside a radius they set - Under a cap for the week - Not on a weekday they keep for themselves - Above a fee they name - Between two dates, or switched off entirely It changes nothing about who gets offered a seat — only how fast the answer comes back. Set none of the bounds and it answers for anything they were already eligible for; set one and it answers for less. after the weekend ## The record the weekend leaves. Who said yes is half of it. The rest is what you can show afterwards: the person in that seat was cleared for it, and the game got worked. - ### Clearances Cleared means they hold what the seat asks for, on the day it happens. - ### Outcomes Worked, no-show, or excused — marked against the seat. - ### The trail Every move on a seat leaves a row saying who made it. - ### A disagreement The official can say the record is wrong, and the money waits. - ### A receipt An official can take their own record with them. - ### A standing check One clearance, asked about later, by somebody with an account. try a weekend ## Staff this weekend.
