what it costs

# Pay the crew. Five a seat, plus four percent.

The slate is free. Taking a seat is free. When you settle, the crew gets the fee you wrote — a referee crew on a match, a judging panel on a division — and you add five dollars a seat plus four percent of that fee.

## Three seats. $20.

Whitlock, Bishop, Marshall. The fees you wrote, plus $5 a seat and 4% of the fee. That is the whole add-on — we move the money.

Hawks v Rovers, 3 seats
| Seat | Crew fee | You add |
| --- | --- | --- |
| L Dale Whitlock | $55 | $7.20 |
| A1 Charlene Bishop | $35 | $6.40 |
| A2 Trey Marshall | $35 | $6.40 |
| The crew | $125 | $20 |

You pay **$145** — the crew, and $20.

## The panels price the same way.

Finals · Senior Level 5 seats 5 judges on Sunday: $255 in fees, $35.20 to settle. The rule is the same for a judge’s seat and a referee’s — $5, and 4% of whatever fee you wrote on it.

## Not a surprise after the weekend.

You settle the weekend you just staffed: $5 a seat and 4% of the fee, not a plan grid. Mark a no-show and that seat drops out of what you settle. If your chapter settles at a scale this does not suit, write [hello@assignary.com](mailto:hello@assignary.com) and we put a flat on paper for the chapter.
