Two addresses, and what each one is for.
assignary is reached by email. Help using the product goes to support@assignary.com, and everything else — your data, your chapter, this site — to hello@assignary.com.
Help with assignary
Write support@assignary.com for help using the product: signing in, an offer or a seat that is not doing what you expect, settling a weekend, the console or the app. Name the chapter, and the game where there is one.
Your account and your data
Write hello@assignary.com to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete an account or an organization. If you cannot sign in, send it from the address the account uses. What is kept, and what deleting removes, is on the privacy page.
Your chapter
Some of what a chapter needs is ours to do rather than a button in the console. Write hello@assignary.com to own more chapters than one account carries, to close a chapter you are the only owner of, to raise how much a chapter can settle at once, about a payment on your chapter that was reversed, or for a flat price when your chapter settles at a scale the per-seat charge does not suit.
A game, a fee or a payout
Who is offered a seat, what it pays and who worked it are the chapter’s to decide, so a question about one of your games is for that chapter’s assigner. Every offer names the chapter it came from. An official’s Stripe account is Stripe’s, and Stripe answers for it.
Anything else
Write hello@assignary.com. That includes telling us the site is down, and a sentence on one of these pages that should be sharper. What using assignary commits you and us to is in the terms.
