Assignary is where a club, league or association assigns its referees and judges, records the work and pays for it. A league or an association is a club here too. A seat is one official’s place on a game’s crew. Assignary is made and run by Brick Sofa. You can reach it by email. For help using the product, write to support@assignary.com. Help with Assignary
Write for help using the product: signing in, an offer or a seat that isn’t doing what you expect, paying for a weekend, or using the console. Name the club, and the game if there is one.

Your account and your data
Write to hello@assignary.com to see what Assignary holds about you, to correct it, or to have an account or a club deleted. If you can’t sign in, send it from the address the account uses. The privacy page says what’s kept and what deleting removes.
Your club
Some things a club needs aren’t a button in Assignary, so they’re done by hand. Write to hello@assignary.com to:
- own more clubs than one account carries
- carry more officials on a roster than one club holds
- close a club you’re the only owner of
- raise your club’s limit on payments that could still be taken back
- ask about a payment on your club that was taken back
- ask for a price of your club’s own, if it pays at a scale the per-seat price doesn’t suit
Anything else
Write about anything else. That includes letting Assignary know the site is down, or pointing out a sentence on these pages that could be clearer. The terms say what using Assignary commits each side to.
A game, a fee or a payout
Each club decides who’s offered a seat, what it pays and who worked it. So a question about one of your games goes to that club’s assigner. Every offer names the club it came from. An official’s Stripe account is run by Stripe, so Stripe answers questions about it.
